Jake visits Maya
Maya was ecstatic that Jake came to visit her for 3 days in November. Jake is an old friend of Maya's from daycare in Miami. Since the day they met, they have declared each other best of friends. They each speak about each other - asking their respective parents when they would see each other again. So the best thing the parents could do was to organize a reunioun in Costa Rica and what a fun time they had indeed. Like 2 typical kids, they played, screamed, laughed and cried together.

Maya showed her new home and the finca to Jake. They climbed dirt mounds, played within the construction site, went bug hunting, went to the beach, watched movies, and ate all their meals together.

Jake's parents, Diane and Richard, also enjoyed the break from the 'fast pace' of Miami. Even though the weather was wet for 2 out of 3 days, they got plenty of rest and opportunity to visit the area.

Maya is already asking about when Jake is coming back...so Jake...we're waiting!! Oh...and Morgan and Charles & Belen...you too...we're waiting for your first visit!
